Voter Intimidation An "Un-American" Act

July 21, 2010 - A black conservative author and activist says there's no excuse for the Justice Department allowing a group like the New Black Panther Party to get away with something so "blatantly anti-American" as voter intimidation.

Ben Kinchlow, best known for his years of co-hosting with Pat Robertson on The 700 Club, is now involved in several projects, including Americans for Israel and the African American Political Awareness Coalition.

Since Justice Department attorney-turned-whistleblower J. Christian Adams brought to light  the controversy surrounding the New Black Panther Party, Kinchlow has weighed in and notes that it is disturbing that the voter intimidation case was dropped by the Obama Justice Department.
